Ingredients For mexican manicotti

1 lbground beef, uncooked

1 canretried beans 16 oz.

2 1/2 tspchili powder

1 1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1 pkg8 oz. uncooked manicotti noodles

1 jar16 oz. picante sauce
-
2 1/2 cwater
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese
-
1/4 csliced green onions
-
sliced black olives
-
sour cream
How To Make mexican manicotti

1Combine ground beef, beans, chili powder, oregano

2Spoon mixture into uncooked manicotti noodles. Arrange in 9 x 13 pan.

3Combine Picante sauce and water. Pour over noodles. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from oven 30 minutes before baking.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese, onions, olives. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve with sour cream.
