Ingredients For mexican cornbread

  • 1 can
    corn (drained)
  • 1 can
    cream corn
  • 1 pkg
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 pkg
    mexican cornbread
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 8 oz. pkg
    sour cream
  • jalepenos to taste (optional)
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck

How To Make mexican cornbread

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown Ground Chuck, drain grease. Pour into 9x13 pan.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat.

    Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
