Ingredients For mexican casserole

1 pkgtortilla chips

2 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1/2 boxvelveeta, cubed

8 ozmexican blend shredded cheese

1 lgcan enchilada sauce
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
How To Make mexican casserole

1brown ground beef with onion. Drain.

2Add enchilada sauce and soups

3spoon a small amount into bottom of casserole dish. Put a layer of chips on top. A layer of beef mixture, then velvetta. Repeat layers til casserole is full. Top with shredded cheese.

4Bake at 425' til cheese is melted and bubbly
