Ingredients For layered enchlada casserole

  • 2 lb
    hamburger meat
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    red enchilada sauce
  • 6 -8 slice
    corn tortillas
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese

How To Make layered enchlada casserole

    Brown hamburger meat and drain well set aside.
  • 2
    mix all cans together and simmer add hamburger meat
  • 3
    slice tort. in fours, and put them in a large greased cake pan. spread till bottom is covered,Add 12 of meat sauce and half of cheese. Repeat layers.

    cook in a pre heated oven at 350 for 45 mins
