It is Fall time here in Reading, Kansas and nothing like a great big bowl of homemade chili. I so enjoy making this chili since my friends and family enjoy it so much, and believe me they come back for seconds!

Ingredients For judy's mind blowing chili

2 lbground beef
-
2 tspolive oil or vegetable oil

1 mdonion, chopped

2-3seeded jalapenos, chopped

2 tspgarlic, minced (i use minced garlic in a jar

3 14.5 oz candiced tomatoes

2 6 oz cantomato paste
-
1 canbeer
-
1 cstrong brewed coffee
-
1 canbeef broth
-
1/4 cbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspcumin
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 Tbspcocoa
-
1 tsporegano
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper, to taste

1 tspcoriander
-
1 tspeach black pepper and salt

3-4 15 oz cankidney beans, drained

3-1/2 Tbspchili sauce
-
2/3 csalsa, mild, medium or hot
-
1-2 Tbsphot sauce, i use frank's hot sauce
How To Make judy's mind blowing chili

1Heat oil in a large pot; add your beef, onions, jalapenos and garlic. Cook until meat is brown; drain.

2Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, coffee, beer and beef broth, simmer for ½ hour.

3Add brown sugar and spices, kidney beans, chili sauce, salsa and hot sauce. Let this simmer for about 1 hour. ENJOY!
