Ingredients For jalepeno burgers

1 lbground chuck

1/2 lbground sirloin

6 ozpepper jack cheese

1/4 csalsa, your choice how hot

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 to 3 mdjalepenos, seeds removed or not, and diced

3 mdscallions, chopped

1/2 tspeach salt and pepper

1 tspcumin
-
toppings:
-
pickled jalepenos
-
sliced tomatoes, onions
-
lettuce leaves
-
salsa
-
12 Tbspmayo, optional
How To Make jalepeno burgers

1Grate 2 oz of pepper jack cheese to go into burger, slice the remainder into 6 slices to melt on the burger.

2Mix all burger ingredients together.

3Grill til done to your liking.

4last 5 minutes of cooking, toast buns, put a slice of cheese on each burger, and let melt.

5Spread with 2 tablespoons mayo on each bun, and toppings of your choice.
