Ingredients For healthy taco salad

1/2 cfavorite salsa
-
1/4 clight sour cream
-
1 tspcanola oil
-
1chopped onion
-
3 tspminced garlic
-
1 lbground turkey breast
-
2 lgplum tomatoes, diced
-
114 oz can kidney beans, drained

2 tspcumin
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1/4 cchopped parsley
-
8 cshredded romaine lettuce
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
How To Make healthy taco salad

1In lg bowl, combine salsa and sour cream, mix well. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion and garlic untill fully cooked.

2Add tomatoes, beans, cumin and chili powder. Cook, astirring for 3 mins. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in parsley and 1/4 cup salsa mix.

3Add lettuce to remaining salsa mix, toss to coat. Divide lettuce mix among 4 plates and top w/ turkey mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese.
