Ingredients For grand taco melts

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix/ 1 ounce packet

2/3 cwater
-
1 1/2 cthick and chunky style salsa

1 lblean ground beek,cooked amd well drained /80 % lean
-
1 cangrands biscuits
-
1 cmonteray jack chedder cheese or mexican cheese blend/shredded {4 ounce}

1 csour cream/optional
-
chopped fresh cilantro /optional
How To Make grand taco melts

1preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2in a medium saucepan,cook taco seasoning mix,water,1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked and drained ground beef,until thickened.Add fresh cilantro if desired.

3press each biscuit into 6 inch round.

4fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cheese.

5fold dough over filling and press to seal.

6place each on a greased cookie sheet.

7BAKE:9-14 minutes until golden brown.

8Serve with some of the remaining salsa,more cheese, and sour cream if desired.
