Ingredients For goat cheese nachos

handful of pita chips

3 Tbspcrumbled goat cheese

3 Tbspdiced tofu (optional)

1 tspgarlic salt (i used a garlic salt grinder)

1 tspchili powder

1 tspdried parsley
-
1 Tbspdiced tomato
-
1 Tbspdiced red onion
-
1 tspdiced green pepper
-
1 tspfinely chopped cilantro

squirt of lime juice
How To Make goat cheese nachos

1On foil sheet, layer pita chips, topped with goat cheese, tofu and the spices.

2Bake in convection / toaster oven for about 4-5 minutes, until cheese is soft.

3Top it with the tomato, onion, green pepper, cilantro and tiny squirt of lime juice. Enjoy!
