While delicious, Frito pie can be messy. This recipe turns the pie into an easier-to-eat quesadilla. The chili and cheddar cheese are nice and melty, and you have the crunch from the corn chips in each bite. The creamy salsa sauce adds a punch of flavor when the cheesy is dipped in. The recipe makes a hearty appetizer, but these could be a meal too.

  • Mix salsa and cream cheese.

  • Sprinkle cheese on half of the tortilla.
