This is my fav. dish that my grandma makes , she makes it for me on my birthday . I now make it for my family . Big family fav.

Ingredients For enchilada cassarole

  • 1 c
    diced yellow onion
  • 1
    med. diced fresh tomato
  • 1 can
    16oz-enchilada sauce (red)
  • 10
    small flour tortilas
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    chredded cheese ( chedder)
  • 1 can
    green chilis ( small )

How To Make enchilada cassarole

  • 1
    Combine in med. pot onion ,tomato, green chili's, enchilada sauce, and cream of mushroom or chicken. heat up to a light boil.turn off set aside.

    brown beef and drain off fat . add a small amount of sauce to bottom of baking dish.( small to med dish).
  • 3
    Start to layer all in baking dish ,with what sauce that is left over pour over the top and then top with what cheese was not used . bake at 350 for 35 to 45 min.
