This is my fav. dish that my grandma makes , she makes it for me on my birthday . I now make it for my family . Big family fav.

Ingredients For enchilada cassarole

1 cdiced yellow onion
-
1med. diced fresh tomato
-
1 can16oz-enchilada sauce (red)

10small flour tortilas

1 lbground beef
-
1 cancream of chicken or mushroom soup

1 pkgchredded cheese ( chedder)

1 cangreen chilis ( small )
How To Make enchilada cassarole

1Combine in med. pot onion ,tomato, green chili's, enchilada sauce, and cream of mushroom or chicken. heat up to a light boil.turn off set aside.

2brown beef and drain off fat . add a small amount of sauce to bottom of baking dish.( small to med dish).

3Start to layer all in baking dish ,with what sauce that is left over pour over the top and then top with what cheese was not used . bake at 350 for 35 to 45 min.
