I used to make this all the time for tupperware parties and family gatherins with rave reviews. It is easy to fix ahead of time and great on a hot summers day. Just add fun.

Ingredients For cold taco salad

1 canrefried beans

1 jarfavorite salsa

116 oz. sour cream

1/4 ctaco sauce
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2chopped onion
-
1/2chopped green pepper
-
1-2chopped. seeded fresh tomato

1head lettuce, chopped
-
1 pkgtortillo chips, large bag
How To Make cold taco salad

1mix first 8 ingredients in a very large bowl, cover and refrigerate until time to serve

2clean and chop lettuce , cover and refrigerate until time to serve

3as people put the taco blend on plates, they can top with lettuce and stir in dip chip into and eat.

4I don't mix lettuce in main dish, as it will wilt and get soggy, this way leftovers are better.
