I found the cup recipe on line I think it had chicken salad in it. But I thought the cups reminded me of taco bowls.

Ingredients For cindy's mini taco bowls

1 to 2 pkgwonton wrappers

1/2 to1 lbof lean ground beef

1 pkgof taco seasoning
-
1 canblack beans ( i use a small can)

1 jarof chipotle taco salsa

1 pkgof the 4 cheese mexican cheese

1container sour cream
-
guacamole
-
mini muffin tin
-
1 cancooking spray
How To Make cindy's mini taco bowls

1Preheat oven to 350. Then spray muffin tin with cooking spray take one wanton wrapper and place in the muffin tin. Te points will be sticking up. Bake in the oven for about 5 min then check if they are golden brown take out if not put them in a little longer check in about 2 minutes. When golden brown take out of the oven and then cool on a cooling rack while you make the rest. When all shells are done don't turn off the oven.

2Mean while cook the ground beef and season with the taco seasoning let cool slightly. Add in the cheese and a little of the salsa.

3Put the the taco cups on a cookie sheet filled with the meat mixture put them back in the oven till heated threw and the cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. If you are serving it as a meal you can make some Mexican rice to go with them. Enjoy
