Ingredients For chili relleno casserole

1 1/2 cmexican blend cheese, divided

1 canevaporated skim milk
-
3eggs, beaten
-
6corn tortillas, torn into 2 inch pieces

2 canchopped green chiles
-
1/2 cmild chunky salsa
-
1/4 tspsalt (optional)

2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro
How To Make chili relleno casserole

1Coat 10 inch deep dish pie plate or 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2In medium bowl, combine 1 cup cheese, milk, eggs, tortillas, chiles, salsa & salt. Mix well; pour into prepared dish.

3Bake at 375 for 30 to 32 mins or until set. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and cilantro. Return to oven; bake 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with Sour Cream if desired
