Ingredients For chile macho (green chile sauce)

4 cchicken broth

2 croasted green chiles (anaheim)

5tomatillos
-
2 tspminced onion

1 tspdried mexican oregano

1garlic clove
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspwhite pepper

2 tspcorn starch disolved in 2 tbs water
How To Make chile macho (green chile sauce)

1Boil tomatillos until squishy. Puree in blender.

2Combine all ingredients except the corn starch in a large saucepan.

3Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cornstarch and mix well.

4Cook for another 5-10 minutes until well thickened. Serve as enchilada sauce.
