Ingredients For chicken & green chili casserole

10 cdiced cooked chicken

10 cchopped celery
-
2 bunchgreen onions with tops, sliced

2 can(4 ounces each) chopped green chilies

1 can(5 3/4 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced

2 calmonds, slivered
-
5 cshredded cheddar cheese, divided
-
2 cmayonnaise
-
2 c(16 ounces) sour cream
-
5 cpotato chips
How To Make chicken & green chili casserole

1Combine the first 6 ingredients.

2Add 2 cups cheese.

3Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss.

4Spoon into two greased 13x9 inch x 2 inch baking dishes. You can make this ahead, cover and store in refrigerator. When ready to bake, sprinkle with chips.

5Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
