Ingredients For chicken flautas

3 canchicken breast - 12 oz each

2 cchedder cheese, grated

5 cloveminced garlic

8flour tortillas
-
canola oil
-
guacamole
-
sour cream

salsa, chunky
How To Make chicken flautas

1Heat 3/4 inch oil to 350 while assembling the flautas.

2In large bowl shred un-drained chicken with a fork. Add garlic, you can use more if you like lots of garlic. OK to use garlic powder if you don't have fresh garlic. Add grated cheese mix well.

3Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla and roll and use a tooth pick to close. Place in hot oil and fry till golden brown on all sides. Remove tooth pick before serving. Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
