I love the light taste of lettuce wraps and I usually make them with an traditional oriental flavor but when I discovered this version I actually like it better. It is like a fajita without the heaviness of a tortilla. Great for a quick summer meal. The combination of the lettuce and the spices are incomparable. Try this you will love it and so will your diet!

Ingredients For chicken fajita lettuce wraps

2 mdboneless chicken breasts

1 pkgfajita seasoning

1 lgred pepper sliced

1 lggreen pepper sliced

1 lgyellow pepper sliced

1 lgonion sliced in half rounds

2 Tbspolive oil

12romaine leaves
-
sour cream
-
cheddar cheese
How To Make chicken fajita lettuce wraps

1Slice the chicken breasts into 1" strips and add fajita seasoning in a medium size bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon olive oil.Marinate in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes

2Heat 1 tablespoon of Olive oil in a large saute pan add chicken mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add peppers and onion to saute pan and cook until tender about 5 min. Add chicken and any juices that remain and cook for another 2-3 min.

3Serve in romaine lettuce leaves. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream
