Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

1 pkg10 soft taco size flour tortillas

16 ozsour cream

1 large canchunk white chicken
-
1 canrefried beans
-
1 (8 oz) pkgshredded mexican taco cheese

dashtaco seasoning (to taste)

1 canenchilada sauce
How To Make chicken enchiladas

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish(s).

2In a large bowl, mix together chicken, refried beans, taco seasoning, and sour cream. Fill each tortilla with as much of the filling as you want, sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top, roll tortillas up and place them side by side in baking dish. Repeat, to make as many as you want.

3Pour enchilada sauce over top of enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
