Ingredients For cheesy beef casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 c
    water
  • 2 c
    uncooked instant rice
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz
    can of chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 2 c
    shredded mexican cheese blend

How To Make cheesy beef casserole

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

    Stir in the taco seasoning, water, rice, soups and chilies.

    Transfer to a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350-degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.
