Ingredients For breakfast chorizo

  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • dash of ground cumin
  • dash of ground oregano
  • fresh parsley for garnish

How To Make breakfast chorizo

    Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned, turning once. Drain well. Makes 6-8 servings.
