Ingredients For bean and cheese nachos

4 cbaked tortilla chips
-
115 oz can black beans, drained
-
1/2 cbottled hot salsa
-
2 creduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
-
1/2 cbottled, roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips

2 Tbspcanned, sliced chile peppers
-
sour cream, as garnish
How To Make bean and cheese nachos

1Heat oven to 425. Arrange chips on lg baking sheet.In small saucepan, combine black beans and salsa. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until heated through.

2Spoon bean mix over chips. Sprinkle w/ cheese and chile peppers. Bake about 5 mins, or until cheese melts. Serve w/ sour cream.
