Ingredients For baked tortilla chips

  • 10
    corn tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • juice of one lime

How To Make baked tortilla chips

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tortillas into triangles
  • 2
    Put tortillas and all other ingredients into a ziploc bag and shake until tortillas are coated.

    Empty tortillas onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for 1 minute at the end.
