This is one of our favorite camping recipes. We take PLENTY of our frozen http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/beef/taco-meat-2.html?p=8 and prepare a few at a time in our toaster oven.

Ingredients For baked tacos

  • taco meat (from posted recipe)
  • taco shells
  • favorite shredded cheese
  • favorite taco condiments (we use sour cream, black olives, lettuce and pico de gallo)

How To Make baked tacos

  • 1
    Prepare and spoon taco meat into taco shells.

    Add desired amount of cheese on top.
  • 3
    Place filled shells in a casserole dish and bake at 350 until cheese is completely melted. OPTIONAL: Place each shell into a second shell if you prefer extra crispy.
  • 4
    Top with your favorite taco condiments and enjoy!
