I love Avocado Tacos and they go great with my Avocado Enchiladas...They make a great pair, and Vegetarians or Vegans are big on these too...I just like something different every so often...I like them in hard or soft corn tortillas...Either way they are the BOMB!!

3 lghaas avocados
- PEELED, PITTED, AND MASHED

1 1/2 Tbsplime juice
- MIX WITH MASHED AVOCADOS

1/4 conion (chopped)

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspgreen chili powder

12corn tortillas

1 bunchcilantro leaves (chopped)

tomatilla sauce

salt to taste

pico de gallo (fresca)
How To Make avocado tacos josele style

1Preheat oven to 325*, use cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, mix avocados, onions, green chili powder and garlic powder and salt to taste. Arrange corn tortillas in a single layer on a large baking sheet, and place in the preheated oven 2 to 5 minutes, until heated through. Spread tortillas with the avocado mixture. Garnish with cilantro, pico de gallo and sprinkle with tomatilla sauce
