Ingredients For 4-cheese enchiladas

2 cshredded 4-cheese mexican, divided

1/2 csalsa
-
1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1 1/2 tspground cumin
-
86-inch flour tortillas
-
10 ozenchilada sauce, canned
-
sour cream (optional)
-
tomato, chopped (optional)
-
avocado, chopped (optional)
How To Make 4-cheese enchiladas

1Combine 1.5 cups of cheese, salsa, cilantro and cumin in medium bowl.

2Spoon 1/4 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up; place seam-side down in greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Spoon enchilada sauce over enchiladas.

3Cover with foil; bake in preheated 350*F oven 30 minutes or until hot.

4Uncover; Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream, chopped tomato and avocado, if desired. Refrigerated any leftovers.
