I created a second recipe with tiger sauce: a meatloaf. It's filled with sliced red onion and chopped banana peppers sauteed in tiger sauce. The cheeses inside the meatloaf also have the kick of tiger sauce.

1 Tbspavocado oil

1 lgred onion, peeled and sliced

2banana peppers, chopped

1 ctiger sauce, divided

1 lblean ground beef

1/2 choney mustard
-
3eggs
-
1 cshredded Parmesan cheese

1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

1 tspground cumin
-
3/4 cpanko bread crumbs

8 ozextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tiger meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9-x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

3Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sliced red onion and chopped banana peppers until softened, about 6 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup tiger sauce. Remove from heat.

4In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, honey mustard, eggs, shredded Parmesan cheese, sea salt/black pepper, cumin, bread crumbs and remaining tiger sauce; mix gently.

5Spoon half of meat mixture in a loaf pan. Add onion mixture on the half of meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.

6Spoon remaining half of meat mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
