I created a second recipe with tiger sauce: a meatloaf. It's filled with sliced red onion and chopped banana peppers sauteed in tiger sauce. The cheeses inside the meatloaf also have the kick of tiger sauce.

    avocado oil
  • 1 lg
    red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2
    banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 c
    tiger sauce, divided
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    honey mustard
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sea salt mixed with black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 3/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 8 oz
    extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make tiger meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat a 9-x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

    Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sliced red onion and chopped banana peppers until softened, about 6 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup tiger sauce. Remove from heat.

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, honey mustard, eggs, shredded Parmesan cheese, sea salt/black pepper, cumin, bread crumbs and remaining tiger sauce; mix gently.

    Spoon half of meat mixture in a loaf pan. Add onion mixture on the half of meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.

    Spoon remaining half of meat mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
