  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 sprig
    fresh thyme

How To Make sydney’s brown sugar meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan.

    In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients [except tomato sauce and brown sugar] and shape into a loaf. Place in pan.

    Mix brown sugar and tomato sauce in a small bowl and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
