3/4 cheavy whipping cream

1 tspground ginger

1/4 tspblack pepper

3/4 cbread crumbs

1/2 ctomato sauce

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 sprigfresh thyme
How To Make sydney’s brown sugar meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan.

2In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients [except tomato sauce and brown sugar] and shape into a loaf. Place in pan.

3Mix brown sugar and tomato sauce in a small bowl and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

4Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
