stove top stuffing meatloaf
This is my mother's favorite way to make meatloaf. It's moist and if you use your hands to mix it it works well. Plus it's easy to make.

Ingredients For stove top stuffing meatloaf

1 lbhamburger meat

1 boxstuffing mix

2 lgeggs
-
1 tspdried onion or 1/2 fresh chopped

1 tspgarlic powder or 1 clove crushed

1/2 cketchup
-
1 cwater
-
ketchup or barbecue sauce for glazing
How To Make stove top stuffing meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking dish or whatever you would like.

2Mix eggs in a bowl then mix in beef. Add onion and garlic and mix. Add stuffing mix, water, and ketchup.

3Mix all together and put in a greased baking dish. Mine is about 2 inches thick.

4Put ketchup or barbecue sauce on top about 1/2 way through cooking.

5Bake 45 minutes to one hour depending on your oven.
