Ingredients For mini pork meatloafs

2eggs
-
1 cevaporated milk
-
1 1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs (about 22 squares)

1 1/4 lbfully cooked diced ham

1 1/4 lbground bulk pork sausage
-
1 cancondensed tomato soup
-
1 + 2 T cbrown sugar
-
1/3 cvinegar
-
1 tspground mustard
How To Make mini pork meatloafs

1Combine eggs, milk and cracker crumbs; mix well. Add ham and pork, mix.
I used Cumberland Gap ham. -
2When well mixed, shape into 8 mini meatloaf a or use mini tin.

3Combine soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Drizzle over loafs.
Half way through baking drizzle again. -
4Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
