My family loves this recipe. Picture wasn't great but I will get a better one, Taste is out of this world.

Ingredients For meatloaf for the king

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1/ 2 md
    onions, yellow, medium diced
  • 2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    dill pickle relish
  • SAUSE FOR TOPPING
  • 1/ 4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar

How To Make meatloaf for the king

    First preheat oven to 350 degrees, Then combine all ingredients except shredded mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl, When fully mixed place in a greased pan, I use a bread loaf pan. Mold mixture into pan and with your fingers create a trench in the center of the burger and stuff cheese in and cover by molding burger back over cheese. Place in oven for 1 1/2 hours.

    Mix all ingredients except cheese in a small bowl set aside.

    After 1 hour remove pan from oven and drain grease then add sauce and return to oven after 15 minutes remove and add cheese to top and return to oven for 15 minutes, Remove pan and let stand for 15 minutes and remove from pan and serve.
