Ingredients For mary ellen d's juicy meatloaf
- MARY ELLEN D'S JUICY MEATLOAF

1/2pound ground beef

1/2pound italian sausage
-
1egg (beaten with 1/2 cup of milk)
-
1cup of canned tomatoes
-
1/2cup of small diced onions
-
1/2cup of small diced green bell peppers
-
1 - 1 1/2sleeve of saltines
-
1cup of tomato sauce or tomato soup
-
bacon slices (to put over the top of the meatloaf [optional]
-
1plastic 1 gallon storage bag (to smoosh the saltines in)
How To Make mary ellen d's juicy meatloaf

1Preheat your oven to 350° F

2Mix the egg, milk, and tomatoes together

3Add the ground beef & Italian sausage and mix well
-
4Put the saltines in the 1 gallon plastic storage bag and bash the heck out of your saltines
-
5Now. Add enough crumbled saltines to the meat mixture to form a loaf
-
6Put the meatloaf into a bread loaf pan top it with the uncooked bacon slices and bake for 45 minutes to an hour
