This is a nice alternative to your usual meatloaf. Juicy and full of flavor. Perfect served with mashed potatoes, fried cabbage and apples.

Ingredients For it's meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef,

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

3/4 cup tomato juice

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 cup crushed soda cracker crumbs
- SAUCE
-
1 cup ketchup
-
2 tsp yellow mustard
-
2 tbsp dark brown sugar

pinch of salt
How To Make it's meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In a large bowl add all the ingredients together, mixing well, then pour evenly into a baking pan and set aside until needed.

3In a small bowl add the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and salt; mixing well; then pour over top of the meatloaf.

4Bake for 60 minutes at 375 and allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
