This seventh garlic Parmesan recipe I've created is a meatloaf. With a side of macaroni and cheese, green peas, and some dinner rolls, dinner will be A+.

Ingredients For garlic parmesan meatloaf

  • 1 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3
    banana peppers, sliced
  • 2 tsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    crushed french fried onions
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 bottle
    garlic Parmesan sauce, divided

How To Make garlic parmesan meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Add shredded Parmesan cheese.

    Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet, over medium heat. Add sliced banana peppers and saute for 5 minutes until tender.

    Remove from heat. Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic pepper and grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, breadcrumbs, crushed French fried onions, egg whites, cubed cream cheese, sauteed banana peppers and 1/2 bottle garlic Parmesan cheese together.

    Shape into a loaf and put into a prepared loaf pan.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until no longer pink.
