- MEATLOAF

2 lbground beef

1 lbground pork

1 1/2 cbread crumbs

1/2 cdiced sweet onion

1/4 cdiced red pepper

1/4 cdiced green pepper

2 TbspWorcestershire sauce

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

1/2 cglaze
How To Make christine's meatloaf

1In a small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients.

2In a large bowl, combine the meatloaf ingredients well. Place the meat mixture in an oiled loaf pan.

3Bake at 350º F in oven for 1 hour.

4Brush meatloaf with remaining meatloaf glaze. Bake another 20-30 minutes (internal temp 155º). Let meatloaf set 10 minutes, cut loaf and serve.
