    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • MEATLOAF
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    diced sweet onion
  • 1/4 c
    diced red pepper
  • 1/4 c
    diced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    glaze

How To Make christine's meatloaf

    In a small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients.

    In a large bowl, combine the meatloaf ingredients well. Place the meat mixture in an oiled loaf pan.

    Bake at 350º F in oven for 1 hour.

    Brush meatloaf with remaining meatloaf glaze. Bake another 20-30 minutes (internal temp 155º). Let meatloaf set 10 minutes, cut loaf and serve.
