I love a good meatloaf, but sometimes they can be a little bland. I found this Italian sausage in my freezer and thought ,why not? It added the extra flavors that I love ??

Ingredients For beef & sausage meatloaf

1 lbground beef
-
1 lbitalian sausage
-
1small chopped sweet onion
-
2eggs
-
1 cquick oats
-
1/4parmesan cheese
-
1 Tbspa1 sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspground pepper
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
- TOPPING:
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 ccatsup
How To Make beef & sausage meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 400
Mix all ingredients together (except for the catsup and brown sugar). -
2Place into your loaf pan or shape into a loaf shape and place in you baking pan of choice.
Bake for 1 hour. -
3While that’s baking mix your brown sugar and catsup together well in a small bowl.
Once meatloaf is done remove from the oven and spoon the catsup mixture on top of the loaf and place back into the oven for about 20 minutes. -
4Remove and enjoy!!
