beef & sausage meatloaf
I love a good meatloaf, but sometimes they can be a little bland. I found this Italian sausage in my freezer and thought ,why not? It added the extra flavors that I love ??

Ingredients For beef & sausage meatloaf

1 lbground beef
-
1 lbitalian sausage
-
1small chopped sweet onion
-
2eggs
-
1 cquick oats
-
1/4parmesan cheese
-
1 Tbspa1 sauce
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspground pepper
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
- TOPPING:
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 ccatsup
How To Make beef & sausage meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 400 Mix all ingredients together (except for the catsup and brown sugar).

2Place into your loaf pan or shape into a loaf shape and place in you baking pan of choice. Bake for 1 hour.

3While that’s baking mix your brown sugar and catsup together well in a small bowl. Once meatloaf is done remove from the oven and spoon the catsup mixture on top of the loaf and place back into the oven for about 20 minutes.

4Remove and enjoy!! Any leftovers (if there are any) also make awesome meatloaf sandwiches!
