Ingredients For all mixed up meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork sausage
  • 1 c
    stuffing mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    bell peppers (mixture of green and red/orange/yellow) or your choice
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 can
    ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make all mixed up meatloaf

    In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until mixed well - don't over-mix.

    Using a sheet pan with parchment paper, shape meatloaf into a long rectangle.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
  • 4
    Feel free to add a topping to the meatloaf either before or after baking.
