Ingredients For all mixed up meatloaf

1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbground pork sausage

1 cstuffing mix
-
2eggs
-
1/2 cmilk

1 cbell peppers (mixture of green and red/orange/yellow) or your choice

1 mdonion, chopped finely

2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

1 canketchup
-
1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
How To Make all mixed up meatloaf

1In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until mixed well - don't over-mix.

2Using a sheet pan with parchment paper, shape meatloaf into a long rectangle.

3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.

4Feel free to add a topping to the meatloaf either before or after baking.
