    shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lg
    Vidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic pepper, divided
  • 2 lb
    ground sirloin
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 3 tsp
    Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 c
    three cheeses alfredo sauce, divided

How To Make alfredo meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese on the bottom.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced Vidalia onion and chopped red bell pepper, and saute for 8 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat, stir in 1 tablespoon garlic pepper and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, remaining garlic pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sauteed onion mixture,1 cup alfredo sauce, and remaining parmesan cheese; mix together until blended.

    Press the meat mixture into a prepared loaf pan.

    Bake in the preheated oven until the meatloaf is no longer pink inside, about 35 minutes.

    When the meatloaf is done, pull from the oven, and spread the remaining alfredo sauce over the loaf. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
