2 cshredded parmesan cheese, divided

1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1 lgVidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced

1 mdred bell pepper, chopped

2 Tbspgarlic pepper, divided

2 lbground sirloin

2eggs
-
3/4 cbread crumbs

3 tspItalian seasoning

2 tspgarlic powder

1 3/4 cthree cheeses alfredo sauce, divided
How To Make alfredo meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese on the bottom.

3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced Vidalia onion and chopped red bell pepper, and saute for 8 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat, stir in 1 tablespoon garlic pepper and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese. Set aside.

4In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, remaining garlic pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sauteed onion mixture,1 cup alfredo sauce, and remaining parmesan cheese; mix together until blended.

5Press the meat mixture into a prepared loaf pan.

6Bake in the preheated oven until the meatloaf is no longer pink inside, about 35 minutes.

7When the meatloaf is done, pull from the oven, and spread the remaining alfredo sauce over the loaf. Return to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
