2 cshredded parmesan cheese,divided

1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1vidalia sweet onion,peeled and diced

1red bell pepper,chopped

2 Tbspgarlic pepper,divided

2 lbground sirloin
-
2egg whites
-
3/4 cbread crumbs

3 tspitalian seasoning

2 tspgarlic powder

1 3/4 cthree cheeses alfredo sauce,divided
How To Make alfredo meatloaf?

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese on the bottom.

2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add diced vidalia onion and chopped red bell pepper,saute for 8 minutes,or until are tender.Remove from heat,stir in 1 tablespoon garlic pepper and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese.Set aside.

3In a large bowl,combine ground sirloin,remaining garlic pepper,egg whites,bread crumbs,italian seasoning,garlic powder,sauteed onion mixture,1 cup alfredo sauce and remaining parmesan cheese,mix together until blended.

4Press the meat mixture into a prepared loaf pan.

5Bake in the preheated oven until the loaf is no longer pink inside,about 35 minutes.

6When the loaf is done,pull from the oven,spread the remaining alfredo sauce over the loaf.Return to the oven and bake about 10 minutes.
