2/3 cboiling water

1/4 csugar

1/3 cfresh lime juice

3 Tbspfish sauce
-
2 tspchili paste with garlic

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 lbuncooked rice sticks (rice flavored noodles)

2 cmixed salad greens
-
2 cjulienne cut cucumber (about 3/4 lb)
-
1 1/2 cjulienne cut carrot (about 1/2 lb)
-
1 cfresh bean sprouts (i omit)
-
1/2 cchopped fresh mint
-
1/2 cchopped fresh basil
-
4hoisin marinated pork chops, thinly sliced (recipe in jap)

1/4 cchopped dry roasted peanuts
How To Make grilled pork & rice noodle salad, barb

1Combine water and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add juice, fish sauce, chili paste and garlic. Cool.

2Prepare noodles to pkg directions, drain.

3Put all but pork in a bowl. Add juice mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with peanuts.
