This Salad is packed full of flavor and really doesn't need much dressing thanks to the bell peppers, mozzarella & cherry tomatoes Yum Goodness! Great served with a dinner or a quick lunch.

Ingredients For cherry tomato & mozzarella salad

  • 1 stalk
    romaine lettuce head
  • 10
    cherry tomatoes
  • 5 slice
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 sm
    grated carrot
  • 5 slice
    onion
  • pinch
    golden raisins
  • vinaigrette dressing
  • 5-10
    green olives

How To Make cherry tomato & mozzarella salad

    Wash & Rinse Spin Lettuce. Tear lettuce into strips. peel & Wash carrot then grate. Cube cut Mozzarella. Dice bell peppers, tomatoes, w/cilantro.

    top w/ grated Parmesan, Romano. Whole cherry tomatoes & Vinegrette
