My dads recipe for ground venison. You could also use canned venison or ground beef, turkey, or chicken.

Ingredients For venison hash

1 lbground venison
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 cchopped onions
-
20 ozcan of crushed tomatoes

2 cpeeled diced potatoes

1 mdgreen bell pepper chopped

1 ccelery diced
-
1 cantomato soup
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspcumin
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make venison hash

1Add oil to pan. Brown onions then add venison with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from pan

2Add remaining ingredients except cheese to pan. Simmer until veggies are soft. Add meat and onions back to pan.

3Pour into casserole dish.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake mixture 1 hour. Top with cheese and bake until melted.
