Ingredients For gooserole

1goose

1 bagcrab boil
-
1 jarsauerkraut
-
2onions, quartered

1bell pepper, halved

2 stalkcelery, chopped coarsely
- CASSEROLE

1/2 cbutter
-
2 clovegarlic, minced

2green onions, chopped
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
1 cbroth from goose
-
1/2 cred wine
-
2 Tbspparsley
-
1 1/2 chalf and half
-
1 pkglong grain and wild rice, cooked

4 ozmushroom pieces, drained, and chopped

1 cancream of mushroom sour

8 ozpepper jack cheese, grated
How To Make gooserole

1Stuff goose with sauerkraut. Place in crockpot with crab boil, onions, bell pepper, and celery. Cook on low in crock pot for 6 - 8 hours until tender. Debone goose. save broth.

2Saute onion, green onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Then mix in flour.

3Add stock, wine, cream, goose, and cooked rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a casserole dish, cover with grated pepper jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
