turkey - n - cheddar croissants
I had just 2 cups of leftover turkey left from Thanksgiving, so this is what I came up with. Might I add, they were delicious... My photos

Ingredients For turkey - n - cheddar croissants

2 - 8 ozrefrigerated crescent rolls

1 - 8 ozcream cheese, softened

2 cturkey, chopped

1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 cslivered almonds
-
5 - 6green onions, chopped or 1/2 cup minced onion

1/4 ccelery, chopped and parcooked

1/4 tspdried dill
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1/4poultry seasoning
- GRAVY ( OPTIONAL )

1 cancream of chicken soup

1/2 cmilk
How To Make turkey - n - cheddar croissants

1In a large bowl; softened cream cheese.

2Add all remaining ingredients and stir well to thoroughly combine evenly. ( par cook celery,if you don't like it crunchy. )

3Flatten crescent rolls, keeping two triangles together to create rectangles. Press the perforation together to prevent the pocket from leaking.

4Onto each rectangle, spoon approx. 1/4 cup of turkey mixture into the center of the croissant. Fold up the long ends till they overlap. Then, roll up and pinch closed the short ends.

5Place on a greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden. While baking, if using the canned soup as a gravy, prepare it by mixing the milk with the soup,and heating thoroughly.

7When finished baking, either serve as is or with the soup mixture.
