Ingredients For turkey meatloaf with feta and sun-dried tomatoes

    bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    parsley, italian chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 5 md
    cloves garlic minced
  • 1 c
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 lb
    ground turkey

How To Make turkey meatloaf with feta and sun-dried tomatoes

    Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • 2
    In a large bowl,stir together the bread crumbs,parsley,sun-dried tomatoes,garlic,eggs,milk,feta cheese and black pepper.

    Add the turkey and gently stir to combine. Being careful not to overwork the meat.

    Carefully pack the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165 F.
