Ingredients For turkey and cabbage enchilada rolls

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • green cabbage leaves
  • mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 can
    red enchilada sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • 1 sm
    green bell peppers optional
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix

How To Make turkey and cabbage enchilada rolls

    In a dutch oven bring 1 cup of water to boil add onion and pepper cook till tender add turkey, onoin powder, salt and pepper, cook till turkey is done then drain

    Add taco seasoning an blend well, cook the leaves in salted water on low heat anddrain and let cool then place desiered amount on cabbage leaves and roll up and place in sprayed pan , cover with sauce mix and bake in 350 oven till cabbage is tender

    Sprinkle with cheese and place back in oven till cheese melts. Enjoy!!
