1/2 cready made salsa

2 Tbsplight sour cream

1/2 tspcanola oil

1onion, chopped

2 tspminced garlic

8 ozground turkey breast

1plum tomato, diced

1/2 cblack beans, drained
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1 tspchili powder
-
4 cshredded romaine lettuce
-
1/2 creduced-fat, shredded mexican style cheese
How To Make the best healthy taco salad

1In lg bowl, stir together salsa and sour cream, set aside. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 2 mins.

2Add ground turkey, cook until browned. Add tomatoes, beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook 2 mins, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 tbsp salsa mix.

3Add lettuce to remaining salsa mix, toss to coat. Divide lettuce between 2 plates. Top w/ turkey mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese.
