soup and salad night
I am in transition from old eating habits into new ones. I plan to do this in stages or maybe even a hybrid diet between paleo and clean eating. This recipe is a transition as it still has one bad element Ramen, but still it was filling and so tastee.

How To Make soup and salad night
-
1I had cooked a turkey the night before so the turkey and broth were all ready. Put both in the sauce pan and add chopped veggies, cook on medium low until veggies are tender crisp, add the ramen and heat until noodles are ready

2Serve with a salad that you get by combining the ingredients above. Since I no longer eat store bought salad dressings I used a recipe for my jam only I used only two jalapeño peppers which gives it almost a sweet sour taste in dishes and an Asian feel when used as salad dressing. The best part is you do not need much and the flavor is wonderful.

4To make garlic toasts I took 2 hamburger buns and combined the butter, garlic and Italian seasoning and spread equally on the four buns halves. put in broiler for 2-5 minutes until desired darkness. and I served one on my plate and three on Eric's plate.
