Ingredients For salisbury steak

2 lbground turkey
-
1/2 citalian bread crumbs

1 lgegg, beaten

1/4 cminced onion
-
3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 Tbspcajun seasoning, tony chachere's

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder

1 Tbspitalian seasoning
- MUSHROOM GRAVY

2 cancream of mushroom soup

2 csliced fresh mushrooms

1 cmilk
-
1 cwater
How To Make salisbury steak

1Mix together the ground turkey, minced onion, bread crumbs, egg, onion, powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and cajun seasoning. Mix until well combined.

2Preheat skillet, add the vegetable oil. Form meat mixture into oblong patties, add to pan, cook until browned. Remove from skillet, add sliced mushrooms until tender.

3Add the 2 cans of mushroom soup, milk and water. Add the patties back to pan let simmer for at least 1 hour. The longer it cooks, the better it will be. I use my crock pot instead of a pan, and let simmer all day.
