My family prefers this over traditional meatloaf made with ground beef. I get requests for this and there is never any leftovers!

Ingredients For mouth watering turkey meatloaf

1 Tbspolive oil

3/4 conion finely chopped

1/4 cgreen pepper, finely chopped

2 clovemedium garlic, minced

1/4 clow-fat shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cseasoned bread crumbs

1-1/2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper

1egg lightly beaten
-
1-1/4 lbground turkey
- TOPPING

1/2 cketchup
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 tspdried mustard
How To Make mouth watering turkey meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Saute onion, green pepper and garlic for 3 minutes. Cool.

3Combine onion mixture, cheese and all ingredients except turkey in a large bowl. Crumble turkey over onion mixture and stir until just blended.

4In greased 13 x 9 inch casserole dish shape into 2 small loaves and bake for 1 hour.

5Meanwhile, stir ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together and spread over top of meatloaves, or serve on the side.
