I love different kinds of pizza, and I love them when they are lower in fat. I can enjoy them w/out the guilt!

Ingredients For lo-fat mexican pizza

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • oil for light frying
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 8 sm
    lo-carb flour tortillas
  • 1
    16 oz can refried beans
  • 2-1/3 c
    favorite salsa
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mexiacn cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion

How To Make lo-fat mexican pizza

    In bowl, combine broken up ground turkey, taco seasoning and water. Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray. Brown ground turkey mis.

    Remove turkey to a bowl. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Fry tortillas, one at a time, 30 seconds per side. Drain on paper towels.

    Spread some beans, them turkey mix, then salsa over 4 tortilla. Spread chees, tomatoes and onions over other 4 tortillas. Stack the cheese tortilla over the beans spread tortilla. Place on a broiler pan. Broil until cheese melts.
