Ingredients For lo-fat mexican pizza

1 lbground turkey

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

oil for light frying

2 Tbspwater

8 smlo-carb flour tortillas

116 oz can refried beans
-
2-1/3 cfavorite salsa

1 creduced-fat, shredded mexiacn cheese

1/4 cchopped tomatoes

1/4 cchopped green onion
How To Make lo-fat mexican pizza

1In bowl, combine broken up ground turkey, taco seasoning and water. Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray. Brown ground turkey mis.

2Remove turkey to a bowl. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Fry tortillas, one at a time, 30 seconds per side. Drain on paper towels.

3Spread some beans, them turkey mix, then salsa over 4 tortilla. Spread chees, tomatoes and onions over other 4 tortillas. Stack the cheese tortilla over the beans spread tortilla. Place on a broiler pan. Broil until cheese melts.
